Welcome to Blackwell Tallow. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website www.BlackwellTallow.com and the purchase of our beef tallow products. By accessing the Site or placing an order, you ("you" or "customer") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or purchase Products.

1. Eligibility 

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use

the site or make purchases.

2. Products and Orders

All Products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any Product at

any time.

• Prices are listed in USD and exclude shipping, taxes, and fees, which will be calculated at checkout.
• We may refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including pricing errors or suspected fraud. If canceled after payment, we will issue a full refund.

3. Payment

• Payment is due at the time of order via accepted methods (e.g., credit card, PayPal).
• You represent that payment information is accurate, and you are authorized to use it.
• We use a secure third-party processor; we do not store card details.

4. Shipping and Delivery

• We ship to addresses within [the United States only via standard carriers.
• Shipping times are estimates; we are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or force majeure.
• Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the shipping address.
• Perishable Products (beef tallow) must be stored properly upon receipt; we are not responsible for spoilage due to customer handling.

5. Returns and Refunds

• Non-perishable items: Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery if unopened and in original condition. Customer pays return shipping.
• Perishable items: No returns due to food safety, except for damage or defect. Notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
• Refunds issued to original payment method within 7–10 business days of approved return.

6. Intellectual Property 

The Site, content, and Product branding are owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not reproduce or distribute without written

permission.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for unlawful purposes.
• Interfere with Site functionality (e.g., hacking, bots).
• Submit false information or impersonate others.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

These Terms are governed by the laws of Alabama, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Wetumpka, Alabama.
